Cover Your Tracks
If you would like to cover your tracks from this website, follow these steps so your abuser will never know you were here.
First
Find out what web browser you are using. You can do this by clicking HELP on the top menu-bar and then selecting ABOUT.
In the browser information in about, you will see Internet Exporer 6, Internet Exporer 7, Firefox, Opera or something similar.
Most browsers work the same, so try and follow these steps even if you are using something different from the list below.
It's recommended to go to the opera website and download the browser. It's actually more secure then Internet Explorer 7 and your private data can be deleted easily. It also makes it less obvious if your using a seperate web browser from your partner.
Internet Explorer 7
To delete your browser history, go to;
Tools > Internet Options
Under browsing history, click the DELETE button.
Click the DELETE ALL button.
Press OK.
Internet Explorer 6
To delete your browser history, go to;
Tools > Internet Options
Under Temporary Internet Files, click the DELETE FILES button.
Under History, click the CLEAR HISTORY button.
Press OK.

To delete your browser history, go to;
Tools > Options
Under the privacy tab, click the CLEAR NOW button.
Click the CLEAR PRIVATE DATA NOW button.
Press OK.

To delete your browser history, go to;
Tools > Delete private data
Press DELETE.
